- ITO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion

- ITO's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ITO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- ITO shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by ITO
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the relevant service
- Continued provision of the service is no longer commercially viable
10.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@inputtheoutput.com. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
